Nocciolo is the first apartment on the right, a bright two-level home with two private terraces: one facing the living area, the other the sleeping area. Simple, welcoming spaces, designed for enjoying the holiday with freedom, between outdoor breakfasts, quiet moments and views over the hills.

The name is no accident: the hazel tree is deeply tied to Alta Langa, a land of hazelnut groves and unmistakable flavors. Our own hazel trees grow right near the property, and their hazelnuts will become part of Claviva’s breakfasts: a small detail that tells the story of the connection between home, landscape and territory.

Bookings are made through the online system on the website, where availability, rates and current terms are listed. Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected and are specified before confirmation.

The apartments accommodate up to 3 people. A supplement applies for each guest beyond the second, calculated automatically at the time of booking. Children under 3 stay free of charge.

Early check-in, late check-out, electric car charging and any special requests must be communicated before arrival, so we can check their availability.
