Quercia is a bright, welcoming two-level apartment, ideal for couples and small families seeking independence, comfort and views. The living area has its own outdoor terrace, while the sleeping area opens onto a second, often breezy terrace with views over the hills: a place to start the day outdoors, stop to read, or simply let the light of the landscape carry you along.

The name comes from the oak (quercia), a strong, ancient presence in the woods of Alta Langa. A tree that speaks of roots, shade, protection and slow time. The same feeling this apartment aims to give back: a simple, carefully tended retreat, where the comfort of home meets the quiet strength of nature.
